THE MODES - for Open D Tuning

In this lesson I teach the 7 MODES in Open D Tuning. I focus on hearing the differences of each mode and keeping them all with a Root Note of D. Being able to keep all the Modes with the same Root allows you to really hear each Mode by using the lower Open D strings as your droning bass notes. The Modes are great in Open D for jamming, noodling around, writing your own songs/licks, etc.
