Concepts for Country Backup - Backing a Singer on Dobro - Volume #2
Here's a sample...
In this Dobro (GBDGBD) lesson this is Volume #2 of "Concepts For Country Backup", where I teach some of the concepts I use for use for backing up a singer playing a country style song. In the lesson I analyze my own backup that I did for the song called "Brushy Mountain" written by my friend and fellow band member Will Miskall.
*DISCLAIMER - This Lesson Does Not Come With Tablature
This lesson is more of an intermediate to advanced lesson where I teach concepts about how I use chord tones, scales, visualization, use of space, appropriate places to play licks, and other concepts. It's not about teaching you exactly what I play, more why I play it, and how you can visualize the fretboard and understand where and how to play your own fills.
This Download comes with:
- Full Lesson Is Over 30 Minutes
- Mp3 Performance of Will Miskall's song "Brushy Mountain"
Enjoy the lesson!
